Witam. Oto mój nr zamówienia Nr zamówienia: 12968543 . Na opisie kostki i czarnej podkładki pod ową kostka widnieją dwa różne opisy L,N . Opis L N różni się z napisami na kostce . Podczas podłączenia lampy sugerowałem się opisem bardziej widocznym który znajduje się na czarnej podkładce która to jest przymocowana do kostki . W wyniku złego opisu źle podłączone kable spowodowały spięcie w instalacji elektrycznej . Doszło do zwarcia przez co wyłączyło mi różnicowe i bezpiecznik na tablicy . W wyniku zwarcia doszło do awarii sterownika od podłogowymi łotry nie chce się uruchomić . Po konsultacji z Elektrykiem winą obarczył źle podpisane przewody. Proszę o kontakt w celu uwzględnia mojej reklamacji. Posiadam zdjęcia kostki i plastikowej podkładki z błednym opisem
